Civil Works

Dismantling tile/ Kota stone/Marble / Granite work in floors/walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Disposal of building rubbish /malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling of flushing cistern and washbasin of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: M-10 Nominal (Mix-1 Cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate)

Refixing of 35 mm flush door shutter including fitting complete in all respect as per direction.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic wall tiles 300x450 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more (having thickness 9 to 10mm) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including scrapping complete in all respect.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats old work

Providing and Applying Roto Wall finishing system being a dispersion of inorganic fillers, calcite, pure silica, quartz and broad spectrum fungicides stabilized by an acrylic co-polymer, to be applied by means of customized trowels (one for incorporating material on base and spreading and other for finishing) in single coat with a coating thickness of 2.0-2-2.5mm on a cured smooth level plaster without keying, by the approved applicator of manufacturer, of the approved shade as per directions for usage all inclusive including primer coat on the base and scrapping on the existing surface with preparation of the surface as required..

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) After surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.

Providing and filling gap in expansion joint between RCC/ Stone/Ceramic tiles/Granite/ Marble by providing silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality weather sealant as per drawing and direction of engineer in charge up to 25mm width & 12 mm depth.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/ pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, Self-aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light-weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminium base members with, self-aligning and self centering arrangement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates/moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The Joint System shall resist damage or deterioration from the impact of falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personnel. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.) Roof Joint for 100 mm gap
