Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old back top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm of road surface ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete, heavy duty, coloured (other than grey), rubber moulded , interlocking designer paver blocks( double glossy) in any shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 30 mm thick bedding layer of sand complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 2700.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 20 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
