Taking down carefully unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell socket or power) including all fittings such as switches, socket, ceiling roses , regulators and switch boxes etc complete and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, FRLSH through and including 20 mm PVC conduit & its accessories, cadmium screws fixed in concealed surface of wall/ceiling/false ceiling and including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH as earth continuity conductor and MS boxes made of 16 gauge MS sheet concealed type on walls cover 3mm thick laminated sheet for housing complete switch for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch. Taking down ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades to store yard and hanging ceiling fan in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixtures after carrying out the repairs i.e cleaning, greasing and filling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine after preparation of surface by cleaning all dust and filling cavity with filler, reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing then washers/ gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectifying earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power point. (d) Checking and refixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing in the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) Parts/ components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor with new parts/ components and same shall be measured and paid separately (except spare part mentioned in here-in-below) and other minors parts shall be deem to be quoted rate.
