The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from proven source having satisfactory past supply performance of same or similar item as per para 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway stores department . Firm will have to submit documents of past performance along with the offer such as copies of PO, receipt note, etc. failing which their offer will be rejected without making any back reference.
