Scarifying bituminous road surface upto 50 mm depth by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres or at identified location, stacking serviceable & unserviceable materials separately including all labour, machineries, materials, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST, fuel, hire and running charges of all machineries etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge. N.B: Barricading the site if required.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil from the existing ground level in foundation trenches with all lead and lifts & levelling, ramming as per requirement etc with disposal of the excavated materials to identified locations by vehicles with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, Port entry fees, taxes etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C columns, beams, slab, staircase landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C.C. M-20 for R.C.C. works using 20mm and 10 mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting with40 to 60 neddle vibrator, curing & finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties,etc. all complete but Excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of M-30 grade of PQC by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes excluding GST and excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B. : 1) Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work & Barricading the site if required. 2) material testing cost borne by contractor.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete subbase of graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm., aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg./Cum., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10MPA at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 ton capacity , finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade & level and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20 mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling with saline sand/dredged spoil up to required level including collecting, conveying by private trucks / dumpers within a lead of 10 km (Avg.) and lifts, loading & unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 1.00 m, watering, compacting by using VRR to achieve OMC, dressing, leveling to required gradient etc. with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, royalties, running & hire charges of vehicles, machineries, Port entry fees etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge excluding GST. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface in suitable layers, compacting all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-I (90 mm to 45 mm) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr- II (63 mm to 45 mm) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transportation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer In Chrage. N.B. : No payment will be made for overlapping.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12 mm dia 640mm long HYSD bars @ 450mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anti-corrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials, reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep expansion joints by fixing 32 mm dia 450mm long mild steel bars @ 300mm C/C including painted 275mm length of bars with anti-corrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted and HDFC/G.I. cap of 100 mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220 mm deep joint filler Board (Shalitax or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bituminous black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filler etc, all complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes supply of all materials, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/ VIZAG Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dewatering the stagnated seepage water from the excavated areas using 5 HP Diesel pump, discharging water to near by drains, basins and other approved points by sufficient length delivery pipe, including supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, hire and running charges of pump, transportation of pumps from one location to other location, all POL, suction and delivery pipe, engagement of pump operator in all three shifts as and when required etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing shoring & shuttering at foundation with form works made of steel shutters/ ply with required inclined supports for placing of the earth in required position and dismantling the same after completion of the toe wall including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edged cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, park lawn, drive way or light traffic parking etc. M-30 strength and 80 mm thick, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & partern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throught vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting the paver blocks as per required size and partern, sweeping the surface etc all complete with supply of material, labour, t&P taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

16mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling holes for fixing reinforcement bars of required diameter by rotary drills or any approved method, cleaning the holes by blow out pump and with round brushes, grouting the reinforcement bars with suitable anchoring adhesive bars with suitable anchoring adhesive resins of HILTIMAKE HIT–HY 150 or equivalent resins, transporting hoisting, placing & proper fixing of reinforcement bars with cost & expenses of all materials, tools & plants, machineries taxes, tollage including providing barricades to the working area, port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge (excluding cost of Steel). Supply of labour, machineries, T&P for cutting of trench in concrete works with 3 phase power supply unit of following specifications including cutting in to depth and size perfectly in uniform shape including Port entry fees, all taxes, hire and running charges of cutting machine (Floor Saw), Generator (DG Set) for 3 phase power supply and other machineries, equipments, cost of fuel and consumables, operator expenses etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, transportation of hard broken granite stone of size 60 Kg. and above of approved quality from the Quarry as per requiremet conveying by private trucks with all leads and lifts including loading at one end and unloading at the other end and stacking mechanically at site in standard stacks for pre-measurement with all taxes, royalty, labour, material, T&P, conveyance charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST ans as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Conveying stones of size 60 Kg. and above from existing stacks near site (collected and supplied), for stone pitching purpose, conveying with all leads and lifts, preparing/levelliong/dressing the base to the required profile, placing the stones, proper packing and filliong the interstices by using small stones, providing & maintaining all approaches with supply of all labour, conveyance, handliong charges, T&P, engagement, hire and running charges of all machineries etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Collecting, supplying of Wooven Multifilament Polypropylene Geotextile, made of high tenacity polypropylene having UTS > 70kN/m in both wrap and weft direction with mass per unit area 430 GSM as filter material for using behind/beneath the Stone Pitching, properly fixing with the surface, individual multifilament yarns woven together into a stable fabric structure with a superior combination of mechanical and hydraulic properties, capacity to resist biological and chemical environments normally found in soils, stability against short-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation, cutting and stitching the net in continuation for laying on the slope profile of pitching with supply of all labour, material, stitching charges, cost of polypropylene thread with all taxes, way bill expenses, T&P, transportation etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
