Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Old rusted ( unserviceable ) C.I/S.C.I pipes and fitting , Mild Steel / Steel Section, G.I/M.S pipes,Iron sheets, GS Sheets etc.

Dismantling 40m Ground Based structural steel tower along with vertical and horizontal gantries, antenna mounts, access platforms, ladders, railings, wave guides, posts and all other fixtures, including numbering the members as per the drawings and stacking the members carefully in orderly manner at the site as directed. Any loss to the BSNL's/Owner's property shall be repaired by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (Rate includes necessary tools and plants such as pulleys, ropes etc., necessary welding machines, cutting the bolts wherever required, arranging skilled labour, insurance premium etc and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The agency shall produce insurance coverage certificate for works, failing which a sum of Rs. 5000/- per tower shall be deducted from their bill) (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account)

Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc. of varying sizes and lengths from work site to SSA/OA Store or any other location as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The entire lot of tower members shall be transported in a single lot . The Job includes cost of numbering of materials, collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading, weighing at loading site/unloading site, preparing and submitting the list of materials to store In-charge & Engineer-in-Charge, depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account).
