Dismantling existing 1.5/2.0 Ton Carrier make plastic body normal split air conditioner along with connecting copper pipeline and outdoor unit and handing over the same to authority concerned.
Refixing the dismantled AC machine in desired location along with 6 mtr refrigerant pipe suitable for 1.5 Ton Split AC, refrigerant charging wall cutting, outdoor unit installation along with S&F powder coated iron bracket and thorough servicing and commisioning the same after refixing.
Supply of high performance precision AC 220V 5OHz 1.25 Ton split type cooling units suitable for Critical Technology/Equipment room. Each unit shall feature robust design to run 24x7, Auto- Restart function.Monitoring with Unit-to-Unit Communication and Ease of service. The AC is having two parts; Indoor section & outdoor section.The Indoor unit shall comprise of Metallic Body consturuction, copper Evaporator Coil with Hydrophilic Coating, Backward Curve fan with EC motor, airflow 1100CMH, HDPE Washable Filters, Expansion Valve. R407C Refrigerant, Corded Remote, Microprocessor Controller. G4 Filter. Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Controlwiring, HP/LP Cutouts.Power and Control contactors, RS485 card for communication & monitoring, and Other Electrical & safety accessories. Outdoor cabinet consists of High energy efficient scroll Compressor. direct driven Fan technology with single phase motor and air cooled copper Condenser coil. Make: VERTIV (EMERSON)/Liebert /Equivalent in O-General).
Installation, testing & commissioning of 220V 1.25 Ton Precision Cooling machine (Indoor, Outdoot, Refrigerant pipe line, Drain line & Cable) with S & F of fabricated iron Bracket with suitable maintenance space inclusive of lifting, hoisting, wall cutting and painting of Brackets.
Supply of minimum 3/8inch + 5/8 inch diameter copper refrgerant pipes making thermal insulation with Nitrile Rubber tube insulation,with Al foil wrapping tape and best quality medium Straight PVC Pipe having suitable diameter recomended by manufacturer (Make: Supreme / similar) as Condensate Drain pipe including fixing arrangement complete with high quality saddle in all respect for above mentioned 1.25 Ton Precision Cooling Machine.
Supply of PVC insulated unarmoured copper cable.for interconnection of Indoor & Outdoor unit and Power Supply (Make:Finolex / Havells / Polycab)
