Patch Repair of Service Road of Mardah Dy between km 8.150 to km 9.150

W.B.M.-G-3 Providng & laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm S.S.B) .to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with smooth roller 80-100 KN in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the require density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405..

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clasue 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line. Grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a perviously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clasue 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat as per Technical Spefification Clause -510.
