Replacement in repair of unserviceable cast iron sluice valve IS 14846 -200 PN1.6 both flanged heavy duty drilled and installed with brass spindle gun metal face rings rubber gasket 3mm thick MS bolts nuts and washers graphite rope complete including taking down the old unserviceable valves for following sizes bore.

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

Dismantling the defective electric driven centrifugal pump set of capacity 90 HP from foundation by opening of coupling and foundation bolts and transporting to workshop for repairing and reassembling after servicing and overhauling complete with oiling/greasing, lubricating the parts including repair / replacement of worn out parts and spray painting with one coat of existing colour paint and writing SM / MES No with white paint and installation commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item Nos 2 & 3:- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall includes labour charge /maint repair and replacement of defective/UNSV spares/accessories. (ii) Cost of other minor items/spares such as nut, bolts washers, gaskets, paints etc which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in this item.

Supply only spare parts of monoblock / centrifugal pump sets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing Diesel Engine driven Fire pump complete oil servicing, necessary replacement of below mentioned spares and servicing work for 100 KVA fire pump incl 6 months warrantee for servicing:- (a) Diesel Filter (Pre+micro) - 2 Nos, (b) Engine Oil filter (Spain-on type) - 2 Nos, (c) Engine Oil as required, (d) Radiator Coolant - 1 Ltrs.

Dismantling self starter of diesel engine driven fire pump of any make, opening up, overhauling / servicing including replacement of armature coils bushes carbon brushes, springs, screws, etc., assembling back, re-fixing and testing for diesel engine model 6RT/100 KVA capacity.

Renewal of unserviceable lead acid rechargeable maintenance free batteries by new of 4 cell 12 volts, 180 AH duly initial charged for fire engine Make: Exide Express or equivalent

Removing the old unserviceable canvas hose pipe and taken as credit , supply, install, connect, test and commission new canvas hose pipe 63mm dia proof pressure Kg.f/cm2 21.4 Burst pressure Kg.f/cm2 35.7 fabric lined 15 mtr long for housing in the fire boxes near hydrants as well as near landing valves, Make Padmini or equivalent ISI Marked

Removing the old unserviceable and taken as credit, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pressure gauges of range 20 Kg/cm2 for pump set complete with ball valves for isolation, siphon, fittings Make :-fiebig/Uday

Removing the old unserviceable and taken as credit, Supply installing testing commissioning of double action pull push type manual call point glass break system, housed in MS enclosure with mounting accessories , complete in all respect and all as specified and directed. Make GE/HONEYWELL/NOTIFIER.

Removing the old unserviceable nozzle and taken as credit , supply, install, connect, test and commission of branch pipe, short, GM with 63mm dia male instantaneous inlet and threaded outlet fitted with 15 mm bore nozzle confirming to IS-903 all as specified and directed. Make:- Padmini or equivalent ISI Marked

Removing the old unserviceable gunmetal landing valves and taken as credit ,supply, install, connect, test and commission new Hydrants gunmetal landing valves double outlets 63mm dia female outlets Make:- Padmini or equivalent ISI Marked

Removing the old unserviceable rubber hose reel lined hose and taken as credit , supply, install, connect, test and commission new rubber hose reel lined hose 20mm dia fabric lined 30 mtr long with 5mm outlet brass nozzle. Make:- Padmini or equivalent ISI Marked

Replacement in repair of unserviceable fire hose cabinet box of size as per requirement of size 800x600x250 mm, made out from 16 gauge MS sheet duly painted with two coats of red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with double leafed glazed shutters ( glazed with 4 mm thick glass ) suitable for housing of two length of canvas hose ,branch pipe, fire hose and nozzle, fireman axe, first aid hose and single outlet landing valve.

Taking up or down U/S MS fire fighting pipe line 150mm including disconnecting the flanged joints including removal from site for sch of credit all as specified

Supplying, fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, ISI marked, heavy grade, GI pipe, class C conforming to IS:1239-1982, including fittings such as couplings, bends, elbows and tees, screwed /flanged joints packing rubbers, nuts & bolts laid into trenches /on wall /in ducts below ground, over the floor as per the site requirement in long/short pieces for 150 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of any description of 150mm dia pipe line of fire fighting installation including bends, flanges, valves, etc n. exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of heat resisting paint first quality of approved colour with colour code all as specified and directed.

Replacement in repair of unserviceable Sounder with strobe flame proof of 85 DB @ 3 M for audible automatic alarm annunciation and 75 cd flashing at 1 Hz for visual indication with control module. The sounder with strobe with control module shall be flush or surface mountable type with all accessories etc complete and as per technical specification UL listed and all as specified and directed. Make: GE/Honeywell/FYKE

Taking down unserviceable wiring and S&F of 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sqmm 2 core, FRLS, multistranded copper cable, armoured with earth continuity conductor ISI marked including MS, ERW, Medium grade, 20mm dia conduit, ISI Marked pipe for laying of cable fixed over the wall/roof, over the surface through saddles /spacers etc for making connections to fire detectors / MCP / SIREN / to control panels etc all as specified and directed. Note:- 2 Runs of cable, earth and 20mm dia conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Replacement in repair of unserviceable wiring and complete checking & repairing of automatic fire pump starting system including replacement of air vessel and pressure switches and control wiring complete from starter to pumps /control connections to control panels etc all as specified and directed.

Replacement in repair of unserviceable fire alarm panel and supply, Install, testing, commissioning of intelligent addressable fire alarm panel, 5 loop capacity expandable upto 10 loops, with minimum 250 address on every loop, minimum 640 characters LCD display, battery charger and power supply complete with all mounting accessories furnished with SMF type lead acid battery in above panel for 24 hours backup in case of power failure and 30 minutes in alarm condition Make: GE Edwards, Model: EST-3 or eqvt from Notifier / Siemens / Simplex

Replacement in repair of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip complete as specified and as directed.

Removing of old earthing including earth plate and M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, washers ,watering pipe 20mm dia, medium grade GI pipe, with welded funnel and wire mesh and 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe with fitting as protection pipe for strip from plate electrode to test point /plant/machineries etc. including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoal dust, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-I having outer dimension 60cmx60cmx60cm and internal dimension 30cmx30cmx30cm, pre-caste RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bares @15 cm centre to centre both direction and 10 mm dia MS handle of suitable size charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
