Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights. (Tata/Jindal/Apollo or equivelent make).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Painting Two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
