REPAIR AND MODIFICATION/CONVERSION OF BED HARD STEEL, CHAIR CBA STEEL AND CHAIR EASY AT JAISALMER STN UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Removing the existing unserviceable /broken ply wood top and S&F 12 mm thick BWP Grade conforming to IS: 710 plywood top ISI marked alongwith 06 in Nos Countersunk screws and washers on three stiffeners all as shown on Drawing and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable shoe and S&F new PVC shoe in leg of Bed Hard as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing Head Board of Bed hard steel and S&F new cushioned Head Rest of size 1150x900mm. The Head Rest Unit shall be made up of 38x38mm CRCA Square pipe of 18 gauge wall thickness. 18x18mm square CRCA pipe in the middle for support and 25x25mm square CRCA pipe at the bottom. The main bed frame where the Head board frame shall be bolted shall be 65x25mm CRCA pipe. The Head Board frame shall be slightly bend at 70 degree as shown in the drg. The frame to be powder coated with black colour. The Headboard shall be fixed with 12 mm thick plywood of BWP grade and pasted with PU Foam 75mm thick 32 density duly covered with composite tapestry not less than Rs. 350/ RM of leatherette chocolate or any other shade approved by GE. The cushioned headrest to be curved at the top. The complete frame unit to be bolted with the short rail main frame as shown in the drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The New frame to be fixed with nut and bolt by providing necessary arrangement including fixing of new iron MS plate and holes for bolt.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of Bed Hard steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unsv/broken rear leg and S&F 1st class hard wood teak rear leg and shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each leg shall be measured separately.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken front leg and S&F 1st class hard wood teak front leg complete all shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each leg shall be measured separately

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken arm rest and S&F 1st class hard wood teak arm rest complete all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each arms shall be rest measured separately

M&L for fixing of new foam cushion frame seat and S&F of New seat of complete with frame made out of 12mm thick plywood duly pasted with 50/55 mm PU Foam of 40 density covered with tapestry Jute pattern/ Leatherite dark brown/Red/Choclate colour not less than Rs. 350/RM complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : colour as approved by GE.
