M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement. 18/SR - 1530 52 /Rev - 260

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm, conforming to IS : 3384. A layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min), weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing not less than 150 gms/ Sqm). Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application all as per manufacturer instructions.and finally applying one coat of Bitumen coat @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrane before application of Aluminium paint. 18/SR - 1530 52 /Rev - 260

Hacking out old broken glass pane (any thickness, size, quality/ description) from metal/wood frame including punching or drilling out old glass panes, pins, springs, clips & providing & fixing new ones 3 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality in square not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane. glazed with oil putty.

S&F Sheet glass 4.0mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane
