Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base, finished even and fair, complete, all specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete , etc complete, all as specified & directed.

M& L for Sand filling under interlocking tiles , thickness 25mm including watering and consolidation, etc complete, all as specified & directed

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type B-1,1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) , exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 , complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for dismantling of road edge reflector & sign board of any size and shape and refixing with plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) at distance 1.50m to 2.0m at any locations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) for fixing of MS angle, including necessary formwork , complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for Mild steel angle for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 10 gauge of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) diameter of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete, all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanized steel barbed wire including making good staples etc specified & as directed.(each line wire to be measured).

M& L for preparation New or previously un- treated Surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zince chrome primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation old or previously un- treated Surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete, all as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, striaght or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, striaght or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete, all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete, all as specified and directed.
