REPAIR/ MAINT OF HT EXTERNAL INSTALLATION AT LIKABALI MIL STN

Material & Labour for Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size of HT OH line by taking necessary shut down, dismantling OH line conductor and shifting to MES store yard keeping in safe custody to issue under Schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint and Incl taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing new 11KV Polymer Pin Insulator white / brown / green as per IEC 61109-2008 standard made out of silicon rubber material housing having electrical parameters such as rated voltage 12KV, section length 150mm, dia 180mm and minimum creepage distance 360mm (approx) & dry arcing 180mm (approx) and power frequency withstand voltage 80kv(rms) dry & 60kv(rms) wet including taking down the faulty / unserviceable pin insulator of any type, make & model and keeping aside in safe custody to issue under schedule of credit complete all as specified or directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor has to arrgange necessary T&P including ladder to work at any height upto 11meter from ground level and cost of same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Before starting the work for replacement of faulty insulators contractor has to obtain proper shut down from MES authorities to avoid any type of accident or fatal casualty at site. (iii) Contractor will be fully responsible for all type of compensations to workmen, in case of any type of casulty (minor or fatel) happened at site while working due to lapse of safety measures. No separate payment / compensations will be made by the department to contractor / workman or any other agency to this effect.

Supply and fixing new 33KV Polymer Pin Insulator white / brown / green as per IEC 61109-2008 standard made out of silicon rubber material housing having electrical parameters such as rated voltage 36KV, section length 150mm, dia 33.5mm and minimum creepage distance 1125mm (approx) & dry arcing 380mm (approx) and power frequency withstand voltage 90kv(rms) dry & 125kv(rms) wet including taking down the faulty / unserviceable pin insulator of any type, make & model and keeping aside in safe custody to issue under schedule of credit complete all as specified or directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jaipuria Brothers. Code No. JBEPL/33KV/POLPI or other approved makes specified in contract list of makes. Supply and fixing new Disc type insulator polymer/porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type (white, brown or green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps suitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 11 KV grade and Incl taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod in 20 mm incl stay insulator or egg insulator complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 and Incl dismantling existing stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head HT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc and taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from HT poles complete all as specified and directed.
