DI Pipe : Providing and Supplying ISI mark Centrifuggaly cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes (Class K-9) of 100 mm and above all diameter for water works with socket & spigot ends confirming to IS 8329/2000 in the standard working lengths of 4.5, 5.5 & 6m suitable for classification K-7 & K-9 suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gusket D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc and bittuminous coating. A) Earth work in excavation (As per IS. 3114/1965) for laying of different types and sizes of pipes so as to give one meter average cover over the socket of pipe with disposal of excavated earth within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge (Classification soil item B) (DWSD SOR 3.1.1.1) - 60% of excavated earth.

B) Earth work in excavation in ordinary rock or soft rock (where blasting is not needed) (Vide classification of soil item-C) with initial lead of 10M and lift of 1.5M including dressing making the sides in proper profile and dressing the bed in proper grad etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. ) (JH WRD 7.1.12.2) -40% of excavated earth

Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer- in- charge. (For classification for Soil item- A & B). (JH-DWSD-SOR-3.1.1.2)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenchesor in plinth includingrall materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specificationand direction E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume) [JH-BCD-SOR-5.1.10]

Supplying labours, tools, tackles, lubricant etc. for laying and jointing C.I.S/S tyton pipes (class LA) in trenches without supplying rubber gasket and making gasket joints including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident all complete (Pipe to be suppllied departmentally free of cost and laying of pipes is to be done as per I.S.S.3114-1985) as per design, specification and direction of E/I. Providing double flange sluice valve (Size 50mm to 1200mm) confirming for IS-2906/14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure stainless steel spindle, caps transportation etc. all complete. DWSD SOR Item - M1039 B (Without bypass arrangements) : 900mm dia

Supplying labour and tools for fixing C.I. sluice valve in trenches with a pair of C.I. Tail piece, including making lead caulked joints and flanged joint as per I.S.S. specification, including supplying all jointing materials (Pig lead confirming to I.S.S. 782-1978, yarn confirming to I.S.S. 6587-1972 and nuts and boilts confirming to I.S.S. 1364-1983) including drilling holes in flanges if required as per specification and direction of E/I (Sluice valve and pieces to be supplied departmentally free of cost).
