Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar would be through copper strips of suitable size. (ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments would be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size. (iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminum lugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear. (iv) Cable glands would be provided for incoming & out going cables in panels. (v) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item. (vi) The panel is to be fixed with Angle Iron Frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with bottam of panel having minimum 60cm height from existing ground/floor level.

Dismantling and taking out old AHU unit from the room and Supply, Install, Testing and commisiong by OEM new AHU unit with blower motor 7.5 hp and internal coil heater 20 watts and connecting with Inlet and outlet pipe with suitable welding work and refixing the ducting work of the the AHU room complete all as specified by OEM of the AC plant and complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The guarentee of 12 months is to be provide by the the OEM of the AHU Unit for which rates are included in quotated rate. ii) The cost of training to the working staff / operator inclusive in quotated rate. iii) Trial run to be given for at least 72 hours from the changing of the AHU unit . Decarbonizing and servicing of LT indoor/outdoor Panel/feeder pillar box of Plant room and AHU rooms any type and cleaning dirt and dust from the panel and removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt busbars sleeves, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter , replacing burnt, damaged bus bar of any size and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, welding of hinges including welding of brokieng MS sheet using extra sheets replace burnt thimbles with new existing size thimbles replacing with new MCCB, incluidng dismantling the existing connected cables and re-connecting the same cables, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates are inclusive of any T&P used for cleaning the panels.
