Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint less non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but on vertical surface as in skirting/ dado including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/ skirting/ dados complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/ skirting/ dados complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exce 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick mortar in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but on skirting/ dado including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing if required after fixing etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed/ backing coat 15mm thick in CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing if required after fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mmdia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shapes as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 10cm deep and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix in ground floor (for grade slab) using of graded stone aggregate of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10ltr capacity, low level, white/ coloured with inlet ball valve float and handle including bracket (including taking down old cistern) and fixing of PVC flush pipe 32mm dia and PVC connection pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only flush pipe of polythene of low or high density 32mm PVC for low level flushing cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC connection 15mm dia, 450mm long including brass ferrules on both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets and fixing of flush pipe, waste fitting, PVC connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only low density PVC pipe 32/40mm dia as in waste pipe to sink complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pillar tap 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
