Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished "light shade" or any shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm as in floor, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) as screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, etc. of size 450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing layer for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, etc. of size 300x200x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing layer for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) providing in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, 38mm wide laid in position conforming to design pattern as approved by engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
