Shifting of steel channel sleepers including MS grooved plates etc. from its original position by loosening fittings of sleepers, chequerred plate , running rail, guard rail, check rails etc., where ever required as per site demands, to facilitate to carry out the work such as replacement of 1 loose rivets, fixing of elastomeric pads etc. under the channel sleepers and again re fixing with complete fittings in safe and proper position over bridge girders by employing contractors, tools and plants, equipments, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift and transportation etc to complete the work in all respects as per the direction of Engineer In-charge. The rate includes fixing of the deficient/unserviceable fittings etc. Painting of concealed area such as area over girder etc. and inclusive of all taxes.

210.00 conforming to IS:104 with DFT of 25-30 Microns followed by one coat of Zinc Chrome red oxide conforming to IS:2074 with DFT of 25 Microns.

210.00 containers conforming to IS:2339 with DFT of 15 - 20 Microns for each coat.

10.00 186900.84 1869008.40 members to replace existing corroded members of built up section made up of MS plate, angles, channels of different thickness and sizes including painting with one coat of ready mix paint Zinc Chromate priming to IS:104 followed by one coat of ready mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint to IS:2074. Structural steel should conform to IS:2062 E250- Grade'B0'. Fabrication and erection to be as per existing design initially by bolts and nuts and finally by rivetting during the sanctioned traffic block. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, removal of rivets by drilling, dismantling of any existing members required for inserting fabricated members, fixing of new fabricated built up members with all tools, plants, labour, consumables, machinery and accessories etc. Work will be executed as per IRS:B 1-2001. Note: Painting shall be paid extra under relevant item. Supplying and changing of corroded worn-out and loose rivets of any size at any location of the bridges with or without traffic blocks including all tools, plants, machinery complete in all respects.
