M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or traccing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete by using WPC @ 3% type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding concrete to roof or chamfered an edges etc including form work straight or curved finished fair and even to a surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed as described in the following process: - i) Applying a coat of cold applied polymeric modified bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. ii) Providing APP based polymeric membrane with mineral top finish minimum weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick , reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application as per the manufacturer's instructions with side and end over lap of 100mm. iii) Applying a coat of Industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer surface. (iv) Applying of two coats of aluminium paint over polythene membrne laid over roof Note: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and course sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cm x 8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended workand paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs flat such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old asbestos cement (Corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering fixed in any position with L hooks/J hooks/nails including capping to ridges and hips and remove materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets in roofs, walls etc with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 21 here-in-before but except corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets shall be obtained from Sr item No. 20

S & F 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets in ridge etc with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified & as diretced.

Dismantling of old plain or corrugated steel sheeting or pre painted galvalume sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern of roof covering and segregating serviceable sheet, keeping them staked for reuse and unserviceable sheet removed from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for gypsum board board 12 mm thick in ceilling fixed with screws as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood timber boarding 20mm thick fixed with nails in any situation clean sawn with butt joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified & as diretced.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as diretced.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & as diretced.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including priming plastered and other surfaces with one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle/flat iron supports for posts/strut for securing barbed/chain link fencing any description including drilling holes, notching for wire etc , conforming to FE 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but (dia of neck 5 to 10mm and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includig, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034.The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 3 Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed inthe pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite & Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. the earth pit has been excavated 1mx1mx3m and filled with, G00D EARTH ie Black cotton or moistures normal soil is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 Electrodite & 2 bags Conductolite BFC for installation of earth Electrode. As the earth electrode is the main component of the Earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Supply and fixing exhaust fans heavy duty turboforce, AC single phase 230/240V, 50Hz of size 300mm sweep with louver and make holes of suitable size as per exhaust fan & matching the exsisting surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing wall mounted fans swing, AC single phase 230/240V, 50Hz of size 400mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans 5 star rated, AC single phase 230/240V, 50Hz of size 1200mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC caping casing of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100V grade FRLSH cable drawn into and including PVC caping casing adequate width and length with accessoris and fittings like bend, elebows, crosses wall crossing etc for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch including sunken type pressed steel box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make for housing switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous 1 No cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, and make good surface as earlier complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stepped type electronic fan regulator 100 watt flush type (delux) on the existing phenolic laminated sheet, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication of display board for earth pit nos. location and periodical test results for power circuit earthing, machinary earthing, lightening conductor earthing, made of GI shett 4.0 mm thick, rectangular welding on 12mm dia rod of minimum height from ground level 45 cm including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 with 20cm X 20cm X 10cm grade aggregate foundation to be carried out at different location, dimension of board shall be 30 cm X 25 cm. The instruction shall be written black painted board in white letters not less than 2" size for all type of boards complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test terminal block made of gun metal for phosphours bronze size 75x 75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
