12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing & laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and curing complete. Also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work up to plingth level.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work . But for every Coat on Previously Painted old wood or steel work. For Second Coat

Fly proof Stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm wide apreture with matching wood beading

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and placing onterrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank IS 12701 marked with over flow and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and and overflow pipes but without fittings and base support for tank.
