Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiing including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rectified non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8 mm thick (rectangular) of size 600 x 100mm as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 as bedding layers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on wall surfaces and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including a coat of wall care Putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment , wahsing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
