Providing and laying in cement concrete(RCC/PCC) of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc.. complete as per per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charges but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

Providing and Laying Solid cement concrete block masonry with M-5 Grade of 190/ 140 mm thick in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand). The rate shall also including scafolding/ staging, drilling of holes (if any) for fixing of rebar by applying chemical or welding or as directed by EIC including Making the cut out opening in masonary for flush concealing DB/plug point/switch box enclosure including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonary and making good the damage to walls, painting, etc. existing surface including disposal of rubbish to the naerest dumping ground at a minimum distance of 50m away from the building. Complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:( Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)

Providing and fixing TMT Steel Reinforcement bars of specified grades manufactured using virgin materials confirming to IS 1786 for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge(Steel supplied by contractor).

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Two Hour fire rated doors(Single/ Double leaved) consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specifications. The recommended fire doors shall have type test report from NABL cerified lab for minimum rating of 2 hours with vision panel. Deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates shall not be allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating shall be mandatory. Door shall include fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing, fire tested stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 x 75 x 3.00 mm (heavy weight) with suitable stainless steel screws, mortise / dead lock , a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stainless steel tower bolt / concealed tower bolt etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fasteners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing fire rated Steel Rim Panic Exit Device of approved brand & quality in single leaf door upto 1000mm wide including all accessories etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gauge interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters Rolling shutters (Laths Interlocked) gear operated type with handles including top hood 1.25mm mm thick complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches, required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc all as per standard specifications including commissioning and testing complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(only power supply point will be provided)

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing wicket gate of specified size in the M.S rolling shutters including fixing with fixing arrangements, hinges, locking arrangements, frames etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cemen, preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary,including Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry (including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering) and complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing U3 finish for RCC Surfaces rendering smooth top of the suspended floors ,landings and staircases (treads and risers), walls, slab soffits etc. including grinding / carborandum stone for repairing surface defects in areas where forms are removed, ridges at form joints, honey-combed areas, damage resulting from the stripping of forms and bolt holes including chipping / tooling of bulges and ridges, rubbing, cleaning, necessary scaffolding / staging etc. with C.M 1:2 (using Crushed sand) including a floating coat of neat cement and protecting the surface subsequent to cleaning complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and embedment of 14 SWG heavy duty hot dipped GI conduit pipe(25mm Dia) along with all accessories such as bends, junction box, socket, check nut, fish wire etc. including making threads, bends, removing burrs, connection of accessories, drawing of fish wire, laying in RCC slab, beam and wall, cutting & Laying in brick wall, etc. as required under the instruction of Engineer-in-incharge. Deep junction box of min 75mm deep or as required shall be provided.
