Notes 1 :- For ser No 14 to 25 :- The supply only items shall be deposited by the contractor in MES store yard and after obtaining the items the Board of Officers (BOO) will access the quality and quantity of materials . After necessary approval of the Board of Officers (BOO) the stores shall be taken on charge in stock in hand ledger and Audit Officer will verify credit in the ledger. After that the stores shall be issued for further use against the complaint at site through Indent.

Notes 2 :- The labour component for fixing the materials is deemed to be included under Ser items No 1,2 & 3 here-in-before and no extra payment will be made to contractor on this account

Notes 3 :- Ser No 4 to 15 : - The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following. (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of matric qualified having minimum 03 years experienced electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 50/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.

(iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'. However , no extra payments shall be made for dewatering (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fittings and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective items of sch A.. (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra.

(vii) The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench, Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc ,as required at site. (viii) The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter, Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site.
