SOLAR WATER HEATING AND ELECTRIC WATER HEATER/GEYSER UNITS AT THE RISK AND COST OF PREVIOUS AGENCY
1.0 NS SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM OF CAPACITY: 500 LPD EACH
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 500 LPD Flat Plate based thermosyphone circulation Non-Pressurized Solar water heating
Systems comprising Flat Plate collectors , internal system piping, insulated hot water storage tank , Heat Exchanger, Electric Back up Heaters,
plumbing accessories, electrical items as required. Including DLP of complete system for 2 years and Guarantee/warranttee of Solar water Set 232 1,26,622.61 2,93,76,446/-
heating unit for 5 years. Details of each items to be used in one 500 LPD system are mentioned below:
ITEMS FOR 1 SET
SITC of 500LPD Solar FPC Collector & Storage Tank with Stand - 4 nos. of Solar Flat Plate Collectors of minimum 2030x1030mm size for
minimum 2.0 Sq.Mtr. Absorber material shall be ETP grade Copper with copper Fins & Copper Tubes. The Flat Plate Collectors shall be as per IS
12933. Along with 500LPD Solar Water Heating Tank made out of MS steel of 2.0 mm thickness and Manufacturer Standard Dish Thickness
with internal epoxy/PU coating OR SS 2mm thick and outer precoated Aluminium Cladding over 50mm PUF Insulation having density not less
than 32Kg/Cu.mtr. With In-Built Ladder type Heat Exchanger made of SS-304 & 5 Ltr SS (1mm thick) Expansion tank, maintenance free
sacrificial/Magnesium Anode, provided with Electrical Heater 2Nos. x 3KW electrodes with thermostat/ Auto Cut , Cold Water inlet, Hot Water
outlet, Collector - Inlet and Outlet piping with insulation. Collector & Tank Stands made out of MS angle iron size shall not be not less than
35mmx35mmx3mm, CC Foundation as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (BIS 12933).
PLUMBING ITEMS PER SET
Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC
plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step
CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Nitrile foam insulation of 9 mm thick with 26 gauge aluminium cladding for 20mm dia Hot water Pipe (Min.: 8Mtrs OR as per actual Site

Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) :

Y Strainer -Screwed- 20mm dia -Bronze (Min.: 1nos.OR as per actual site requirements)
Air Release Valave- 20mm (Min.: 1nos.OR as per actual site requirements)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931

Control Panel / ACDB for Electrical Heater including required switchgear like DP MCB incommer & DP MCB outgoing of suitable ratings for
each 3KW Heater. Housed in Poly Carbonate (IP65) Enclosure, Complete with wiring up to heater in PVC Conduit.

piping, insulated hot water storage tank, plumbing accessories, electrical items as required. Including DLP of complete system for 2 years and Set 0 97247.83 0.00
Guarantee/warranttee of Electric water heating/Geyser unit for 5 years. Details of each items to be used in one 500 LPD system are

3.0 NS Installation of 500 litres PVC tank with MS stagging including allied works including following items complete in all respect Set 232 24693.75 57,28,950.00
i. PVC cold water tank of 500 litres. Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels). Polyethene water storage tank, IS:12701 marked, with
cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow piping.
ii Structural steel work in single sections, fixed with or without connecting plates, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, and applying a
priming coat of approved steel primer, complete in all respects.
iii Painting with synthetic enamel paint (two or more coat)
iv Transportation of steel structures and accessories to site, including loading, unloading, safe delivery, handling manpower, and on-site shifting —
v Preparation of concrete foundation base for MS tank, including excavation, PCC (Plain Cement Concrete), and finishing work. The foundation
shall be designed to withstand the load of the tank, water, and supporting structure, ensuring long-term stability and preventing settlement issues.
vi Plumbing work including fixtures with CPVC piping up to 30 meters (interconnection with existing tank and make-up tank), interconnection of

required, including cutting, threading, jointing, leak testing, and commissioning. Ensure seamless integration of water supply with the existing
