Operation and Maintenance of 220/132/33 KV, (SAS) substation Raja Ka Talab Varanasi under Electy. Trans. Division-I as per standard practice of UPPTCL and as per instruction of AE/JE for the period for one years with cost of men, misc, consumables, T&P etc. required for the job except the spare items/material/equipment which shall be provided by the department. The job includes as per detailed below.

Operation of Substation

Operation of 220/132/33 KV Substation Raja Ka Talab, Varanasi round the clock in 3 shift of 8 Hrs. each shift comprising I.T.I. in Electrical trade as T.G.-II/S.S.O. and skilled helper with knowledge of computer application, SAS System, well conversant in operation of whole switchyard equipments, Protection Relays, CB, Emulsifier system, Capacitor bank system, D.C. battery system, D.G. set, Lighting system etc. as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE and SLDS/ALDS along with recording of operational activities, system information/ data messages etc. for the period of one year with cost of men required for the work.(01 Job for one month)

Maintenance of substation

Preventive, routine & general/normal break down maintenance of transformer/switchyard equipments, capacitor bank, C&R panels, RTCC panel, PLCC panel, SAS system, protection system, CB, ACDB, CCTV camera, battery sets (110 & 48 volt), DG Set, lighting system of switchyard, control room & BCU round the clock and or as and required by a team comprising experienced technical person in Electrical trade as T.G.-II/electrical, line man/fitter and skilled helper as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE for the period of one year with cost of men, misc. consumables, T&P etc. required for the job except the spare/items/materials/equipments, which shall be provided by department as required for completion of job. (1 job for 1 Month)

Daily General cleaning up keep of control room, BCU room, associated offices, battery rooms, Mulsifire room, CC roads etc. by brooming & mopping along with cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of floor and scrapping of unwanted growths in between joints of CC roads etc at the sub station for the period of one year with all cost of men, material and T&P required for completion of job.(1 job for 1 Month)

Various Maintenance works

Cleaning and grass cutting of switchyard and surrounding by scraping of grass, bush, wood, shrubs & plants etc. weeding out of wild growth roots, seeds etc. including of small wild trees if any at substation premises and disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of substation boundary 4 times in a year with all cost of man, consumables, T&P etc. required for completion of job including spray of chemical. (once in a year)

Cleaning of cable trenches by removing earth deposit and other foreign material in bottom of trench and over the cable racks by removing cable trench cover, cleaning of drains and other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily with all men, materials & T&P etc.
