Hiring of Skilled Electrical Manpower for assistance in OHE Power Block operations and operations of designated Station Yard/Main Line Isolators in connection with lowering of Ashti Cutting in KHED-ANO Section of Ratnagiri Region.

Only contractors, having valid Electrical Contractor's license are eligible. Tenderer should submit a self attested copy of such license along with their offer. Offers received from tenderers, not having valid licence shall be summarily rejected.

Essential Technical Experience:The bidder shall have satisfactorily completed/executed works qualifying as Similar Work, as defined in Technical specifications of this Tender Document.The bidder shall submit satisfactory documentary evidence in support of the experience claimed.The experience/completion certificate should, as far as applicable, clearly establish:1.Name of the work;2.Name of the Employer/Organization;3.Location of execution;4.Nature and scope of work;5.Period of execution;6.Contract value;7.Date of completion or satisfactory execution status, wherever applicable; and8.Evidence that the work involved relevant Railway 25 kV AC OHE/TRD/TSS/PSI systems.Mere submission of a work order or experience certificate shall not automatically establish eligibility unless the submitted documents clearly demonstrate compliance with the prescribed definition of Similar Work.

Technical Experience Shall Be Relevant to Railway Traction: Considering that the proposed work involves assistance in activities connected with Railway OHE power-block arrangements and designated isolator operation, the technical experience of the bidder shall be relevant to Railway 25 kV AC traction electrical systems.The qualifying experience shall relate to one or more of the following:1.Railway Overhead Equipment (OHE);2.Traction Distribution (TRD);3.Traction Substations (TSS);4.Power Supply Installations (PSI);5.Railway 25 kV AC traction electrical systems;6.Maintenance, operation, erection, modification or testing of Railway traction electrical assets; or7.Deployment and management of qualified technical manpower specifically for Railway traction electrical works.The detailed and binding interpretation of Similar Work shall be as provided in Technical Specifications

Contractor is to abide by provisions of Payment of Wages act & Minimum Wages act in terms of clause 54 and 55 of KR GCC. Contractor shall register his firm/company etc. and upload requisite details of labour and their payment in the portal 'www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in'.

Contractor shall upload all information monthly on www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in' website and shall submit a certificate along with the bills, that "I have uploaded the correct details of contract labours engaged in connection with this contract and payment made to them during the wage period in above portal.
