Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated , semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings. C

S&F of Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering or removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & making good surface. Complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F for Rolled sections as in main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters: purlins where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described & apply two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over & including one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer. Complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling & mass concrete. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded/chamfered angles & throating with & including necessary formwork use. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel framed works such as grills,gratings,etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165.

S&F in repair aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium door & windows of any size & of any description built in wall & making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4 & applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint as per existing treatment. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F anodised glazed side hung door shutters with anodised aluminium frame of section of 100 mm × 44 mm × 2 mm & bottom rail of 44.50 mm × 99 mm × 1.80 mm including 5.50 mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinary quality with all necessary suitable push & pull plate/handle, screw jointing cleats rubber packing aluminium snap beading & 01 Nos 200 mm long aluminium tower bolt, 03 Nos 100 mm long aluminium butt hinges B-21 type & 01 No mortice brass lock 100 mm size 4 lever (vertical type) with 01 No door closer aluminium (Die cast) body hydraullically regulated designation No 02 universal type for each shutters. Complete all as specified & directed. (Door shall be size approx 1.20 m × 2.10 m single leaf).

S&F aluminium anodised glazed hung type window shutters made out from anodised aluminium frame of 'H' section size 34.00 mm x 43.5 mm x 2 mm thick with 4 mm tinted sheet glass (weight not less than 0.57 Kg/RM and shutter 'Z' of size 34.00 mm x 43.5 mm x 28.00 mm having thickness 2.00 mm (wt not less than 0.50 Kg/RM) and all necessary jointing cleats, glazing, clips rubber packing, aluminium snap beading tower bolt 100 mm long 1 no. and sliding hinges 180 mm longs including aluminium grill with mosquito proofing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) of insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frame work of aluminium/wooden.
