Cleaning under ground sump/OHT by bailing out water by mechanical pump/manual labour and removing the silt from walls, floor by using necessary wire brushes to clear any sediment the fungus, weeds, dust and green mass and the same shall be disposed to the nearest municipal dump. The walls, floor and ceiling including cover shall be cleaned with bleaching powder and finally cleaned with clean water. The rate includes painting of wallls, ceiling, floor with thick coat of white washing and painting GI cover .

Cleaning manhole chamber, removing the stagnated sewage water/ sludge, dust, silt, waste soil etc. and disposal of removed materials within 50m lead by taking earth pit and finally cleaning the manhole with clean water etc. complete as directed .

Cleaning of Septic tank by bailing out the septic sewage and transporting by Mechanical Transport and disposal of sewage in the corporation approved dumping yard/place in phased manner including removing the sludge deposit by adding water into tank and stirring the deposited sludge and to convert the solid sludge to the pump able condition and pumping the same and transporting through by Mechanical Transport etc including scavenging the deposited sludge at bottom and removing of residual substances such as sand, silt, etc. from septic tank using necessary ropes, buckets etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Cleaning of entire terrace, portico top and similar locations and also Cleaning the khurras near rain water pipes with wire brushes to remove the settled dust, rubbish and waste and disposing the same to the nearest municipal dump.(Once in a year)

Raising of manhole chambers using brick masonry upto 300mm height from the existing level by taking out the RCC slab / cast iron slab and frame including fishing and supplying and fixing with SFRC cover slab of required size all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
