Taking down carefully any type of battens or conduit point wiring with or except conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendent light fittings, MCBs / isolators, fan regulators, tube light fittings etc removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable in existing PVC concealed conduit of any size/dia complete with all accessories/fittings, brass screws, washer etc, sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :-

One light / bell point controlled by one, one way switch 05 / 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

One Exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 05 / 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc, sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal boxes including all cutting holes in or through walls, making good to walls, ceiling etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :-

Supply & fixing/fixing in repair LED mirror light 10W including rod complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing/fixing in repair LED bulk head fitting of cap 10 W with clear prismatic diffuser, including all acessories for fixing on wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing wall mounted decorative luminaire suitable for 1 x 9/10 LED lamp including provisson of fixing on wall with all items required for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Sub main wiring of any size and type, removing material from site for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2x4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area (two single core cable of 4 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + o1 single core cable of 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire), 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dully including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

All as item No 21 above, but by using two single core cable of 6 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + 1 single core cable of 4 Sqmm for earth wire.

Taking down carefully unserviceable distribution board of any capacity including wooden board and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 4 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 protection with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No 24, but of size 08 way SPN.

Supply & fix Isolator 4 Pole 'C' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 V,10kA complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for Sheet metal enclosure including fiiting on wall including and making the connection with MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 25 KA, 415 volts , 50 Hz ,thimble/lugs, aslo including all nuts bolts required for fixing all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including 32 Amps MCB, single pole, AC, 240 volts and flush to wall including all cuttings & chases etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully under ground cable of any size and making good to disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying orfixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 37, but 16 Sqmm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth in soft / loose soil and gating out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for contineous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply / laying and fixing 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 42 here-in-before but of size 40 mm in dia.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable tube light/mirror light/building security light/bulk head/recess light/CFL lamp/Post light fitting of any type and size and making good the disturbed surfaces/walls, etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

(a) Supply & fixing in repair/replacement to existing tube light fitting of any capacity with LED tube light fitting 20W,T-8 including LED Rod (single Side Connection) and all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Supply & fixing in repair/replacement to existing 2 pin CFL Mirror light fitting of any capacity with LED mirror light 10W including rod complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Supply and installed LED bldg security light fitting 1x45 Watt luminaries in replacement of existing old UNSV HPSV/HPMV bldg security light fittings with die cast aluminium housing comprising epoxy poweder coated enclosed with glass cover in frame with high power LED white lamp type of capacity 45 watts.

(d) Supply and installed LED bldg security light fitting 1x25 Watt luminaries in replacement of existing old UNSV HPSV/HPMV bldg security light fittings with die cast aluminium housing comprising epoxy poweder coated enclosed with glass cover in frame with high power LED white lamp type of capacity 25 watt .

(e) Supply and fixing in repair/replacement to existing bulk head fitting CFL of any capacity with LED bulk head fitting of cap 10 W with clear prismatic diffuser, including all acessories for fixing on wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Supply and fixing in repair/replacement to existing CFL light fitting of any capacity with surface/suspended mounting 36W Ultra slim designed architectural 2x2 LED luminaire which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination, including all ace ssories for fixing in fall ceiling/ceiling/in hanging position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Supply and fix in replacement to existing CFL lamp of any capacity with LED lamp 9/10 watt complete all as specified and directed.

(h) Supply and fix in replacement to existing 1x18 Watt CFL post top light fitting with LED Decorative LED Post Top Lantern with transparent difuser of cap 30 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(j) Supply and fix in replacement to existing wall mounted decorative luminaire suitable for 1 x 9/10 LED lamp including provisson of fixing on wall with all items required for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of the following accessories in repair works including all necessary items such as screw, nut and bolt, connector, flexible copper wire 1.5/2.5Sqmm size etc including cheking/testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) Supply and fix in repair switch piano flush type, 05 / 06 Amps single pole, one way 240 volts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repair socket outlet 5 pin, 05 / 06 Amps flush type 240 volts complete all as specified & directed of maby Engr-in-Charge .

(c) Supply and fix in repair switch piano flush type, 15 / 16 Amps single pole, one way 240 volts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply and fix in repair socket outlet 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps and 3 pin 15 / 16 Amps (2 in 1 Multipurpose) 240 volts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Supply and fix in repair switch bell push flush type , 5 amps , 240 volts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(l) Supply and fix in repair plastic laminated bakelit sheet 3 mm thick of size 4"x 5" cm including screws nut and bolt and cutting of sheet complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(m) Supply and fix in repair Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts "C" series capacity of 06 to 32 Amps, 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

(n) Supply & fix in repair MCB, DP (Double Pole), AC, 240 volts, C series capacity 40 Amps to 63 Amps 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling solar water heating system panel of 100 litres capacity, any Make and type by removing the glass panel carefully and refixing it after cleaning dust, cleaning the water collector tubes and aluminium foil including descaling the existing hot water storage tank of any capacity and replacement of rock wool complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No. 48 above here-in-before but of 200 litre capacity.

Amount of credit of Rs. 31527.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
