Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thicknes as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (grade ) coarse sand fine aggregates confirming to I.S. 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.2 cum capacity using approved mixed design lead in approved fixed side form works (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythin film wedges,steel plates including levelling the form works as per dwawing ), spreading the concrete with shovel ,rakes compacted using plate vibrator and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expension ,contruction joints applying debonding strip as approved, curring of concrete slab for fourteen days curring compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clase 1501.
