Manufacturing, Supply and Installation of 9.5ft statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar at New Central Library Building in University Campus with Dark coffee brown patina finish. The sculpture shall be made of Ashat Dhatu (alloy of eight metals) through Lost wax casting Method. The composition of Ashat Dhatu (alloy of eight metals) should be as under: Copper-85% (Maximum allowable Range between 80% to 87%) Zinc, Tin, Lead–15% (Maximum allowable Range between 13% to 17%). Wall Thickness of the cast Ashat Dhatu (alloy of eight metals) should not be less than 4-5 mm. Weight of statue shall not be less than 500Kg. Posture of the statue should be as per approved photo with tender document (The rates includes the cost of clay model/ready model, wax casting and Ashat Dhatu (alloy of eight metals) cast and its fixing at pedestal constructed at required location and all the activities described above as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Any Civil work required for installation, Crane for lifting of statue to be provided by the Engineer-in-charge)
