Dismantling of engine from site and carrying upto civil workshop for repair/replacement of spares including loading, unloading and carrying out the repaired engine back to site after repairs/replacement of spares in work shop complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for engine overhauling, FIP & injector testing and calibration, cylinder head repairing charges testing & calibration including dismantling/opening of upper portion of diesel engine 320 BHP 250KVA.of Make : Kirlosker electric company, six cylinder 1500 RPM, water cooled, turbo charged installed at 204 AVN Electric Sub station. Top overhauling and repair servicing of engine including taking out radiator, FIP, Hydraulic governer, lube oil pump, water pump, turbo charger etc and re-assembling of engine after repair replacement of unserviceable defective parts with new parts listed against item serial No 3 as supply only and all required machine work of engine essembly i.e. grinding, cutting of cylinder head including inserting of new valve (inlet and exhaust valve), valve guide, valve spring, repair overhauling and calibration of fuel pump complete with replacement of worn out parts i.e plunger, impeller and FIP repair kit etc including calibration of injector and refixing of fuel injector pump and injector including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 300x300x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasis or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as reguired 32 x 6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of DG sets acoustic enclosure door, replacement of 8 Nos of hinges and door lock 4 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for checking of complete DG set wiring and replacement of worn out portion with auto wire of existing size for smooth functioning of electrical system of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC, type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for roof plates with sleeve pieces riveted or welded thereto, and similar roof and ceiling connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, rafts and fastening and heavy brackets framming (beams tee,angle channel and or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleat nut bolts etc quality confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/eves board to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
