Taking down carefully copper/aluminium flame proof submain wiring complete, including union, junction, bends, elbow, couplers, bell mouth, reducers boxes, including steel conduit surface or concealed etc and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from wall, flame proof MCB SPN distribution board for reuse at site or for taking credit (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from ceiling/wall flame proof fittings and fixtures such as well glass fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, rotary switches etc for reuse at site or for taking credit (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement for flame proof submain wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through surface mounted ERW stove enamelled steel conduit heavy duty ISI marked suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, unions, bell mouth, reducer, junction box complete for cable size Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm for phase & neutral and one run of 1.5 Sqmm size as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates of flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer etc are deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

All as per Item No 4 above but two runs of 6.0 Sqmm for phase & neutral and one run of 4.0 Sqmm size as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement flame proof switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair rotary switch knob as per OEM's specification for switch flame proof rotary type,16A, single pole 250 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair flame proof switch, socket & plug top combined in LM6 cable termination box, 16A, 250V, 2P+earth for connection of single phase 230 Volts rating equipment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair flameproof switch, socket & plug top combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 32A, 250V, 4P+earth for connection of 3 phase 415 Volts rating equipment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair flexible steel conduit suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia all as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement flame proof/weather proof LED light tube fitting (4 feet) 1x18/20 Watt, CIMFR, Dhanbad certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above but flame proof/weather proof LED bulk head fitting 30 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above but flame proof/weather proof LED well glass fitting 60 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing only flame proof switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250 Volts retrieved from item Srl No. 3 complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing only 1x 18/20 watt, 4 ft long flame proof tube light fitting any type retrieved from item Srl No. 3 after necessary repair and replacement of LED tube rod complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: LED tube rod shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item as supply only.

Supply only LED tube rod retrofit type of wattage 18/20 watt, 4 ft long, lamp efficacy 120 Lumen/watt (Minimum) complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing only LED bulk head flame proof light fitting any type or wattage retrieved from item Srl No. 3 after necessary repair/replacement of suitable capacity LED driver complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of weather proof, flame proof distribution board MCB DB SPN 8 way in cast aluminium alloy approved by CIMFR, Dhanbad LM 6 construction with cable entries at bottom consisting of DB SPN with one 32 Amp SPN MCB for incoming and 6 Nos MCB SP of 6 Amp capacity for outgoing 4 way including flame proof cable gland and lugs at bottom size complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing only flame proof MCB SPN distribution board retrieved from item Srl No. 2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. light grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt in alternate layer including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note: GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M & L for re-winding of motor of flame proof ceiling/exhaust fan of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E-class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexible wire of size 0.5 Sqmm of length not more than one meter with each fan including white/gray synthetic enamel spray painting of fan and blades after rewinding for the size of Flame proof exhaust fan 300 to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed Make of winding wire : New India/ Jindal/ Devidyal/ HTP.

All as per Item No 21 above but Flame proof ceiling fan 1400/1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair single phase flame proof whether proof ceiling fan in cast aluminium LM6 of size 48'' suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete including taking down unserviceable ceiling fan and deposited MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair single phase flame proof exhaust fan with louvers of size 15'', 1440 RPM including fixing as per standard complete suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete including taking down unserviceable exhaust fan and deposited MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 above but 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lay & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall/pole etc., and connecting up for the size of cable 16 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed

Note: Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection SPN DBs/TPN DBs including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster for the One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 40 above but One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 above but One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 40 above but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 Amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe bracket bend to shape drilled made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe 0.9 metre long for fixing of building security light fitting of any type/description including suitable size of MS clamps, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment’s etc at the other end including 32 mm GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 including testing earth resistance and submitting test report to AGE E/M by the contractor complete all as specified & directed.
