   For the purpose of development order placement, only the developmental vendors listed as developmental vendors available on U-VAM vendor list of the item id/sub item id 3100558 is applicable to this tender WITHOUT ANY CONDITION (regarding supply commencement preconditioned with prototype approval or field trials) will be treated as developmental vendors i.e Developmental Vendors shall have the prototype approved/field trial completed (if required) for the drawing of the tendered item till the closing date of tender in order to qualify the eligibility for developmental order consideration.

   Micro and Small Enterprises firms who are interested in availing themselves of these benefits will enclose with their offer the proof of their being registered with agencies, the registration of whom has been covered under the ambit of MSE benefits. In order to avail themselves of benefits and preferential treatments, the MSEs must be registered with any of the following: - (a) UDYAM (UDYAM Registration Certificate). (b) Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (Note :- Terminal date for consideration of this certificate was till 30.06.2022 or as extended by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises from time to time. Thus this certificate (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum) can only be considered if the above terminal date is further extended beyond 30.06.2022).
