Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protection of 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (E) cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmmcomplete all as specified and directed. Make : 3 M/Densil/M seal

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for detection/ determination of HT cable fault by using high pot cable fault detecting machine to determine exact location of fault including necessary megger testing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of T&P transportation, testing kit etc deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.)

Taking down carefully old rusted / damaged switch air break, gang operated any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installing in repairs, connecting and commissioning switch air break gang operated triple pole for current rating 200 Amp at 11 KV, out door type , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators with 9 insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade from ground level, with locking arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install in repairs HT 33KV outdoor type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulator and with earth switch upto 200/400 Amps, with suitable GI pipe pipe medium grade required for operation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/ on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored earth, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete, including taking down existing cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Sppply & Laying in repairs PVC insulated, armoured, electric copper cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Sppply & Laying in repairs PVC insulated, armoured, electric copper cable of size 4 sqmm 2 core with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve di electric strength not less than 40 KV for 1 minute with 2.5mm Gap as per IS - 335 - 1983 for EHV grade including topping up with new transformer oil complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil, required for dehydration shall be arranged by contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately

Supply and filling (topping up) of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1983 Part II after dehydration & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting electrical connections of transformer of 11 KV / 433 V of any make & any type, capacity upto 100 KVA loading the transformer on heavy vehicle (open chassis) type from existing platform/four pole structure, by heavy crane long boom type suitable for shifting and loading transformer and transporting of transformer for repair at civil workshop at Indore city from MCTE area Mhow including unloading of transformer from vehicle at workshop & opening up transformer by unscrewing all nuts/bolts and washers of top cover duly draining out complete transformer oil and kept aside for re-use. Disconnecting of all HT/LT wiring tap changer, complete LT/HT bushing, air breather etc and kept aside for re-use the serviceable parts and removal of unserviceable parts and taking out complete core assembly of transformer with help of chain pully to carry out the following works:-

(a) Deslurring of transformer tank by taking out the complete deposited transformer oil sludge and cleaning thoroughly the transformer tank by washing & wiping out all dirt/rust accomolated including making preparation of old painted internal/external surfaces of transformer. Painting the internal surfaces of transformer with two coats of high grade anticorrosive varnishing paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Painting to external surfaces of transformer with two coats of Ist grade synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxde primer, all as shown and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Cleaning the transformer core assembly using electric blower and making the core free from sludge, dirt and any other foreign materials from its surfaces including provision of high grade insulation varnish and raising insulation of the core through heat chamber and raising of IR valve /LV-E > 500 Mega ohms HV-E >1000 Mega ohms. (c) Assembling the transformer complete including supply of complete set including replacement of defective accessories such as oil seal , gasket , LT/HT bushing, stud, air breather, tap changer, including making necessary LT/HT wiring as dismantled( New spares as required will be measured & paid separately under relevant items, rate of oil seal & gasket will be deemed included in the quoted rate ). Powering of dehydration/filtered transformer oil (dehydration charges will be measured and paid separately) as obtained during dismantling and top up balance quantum with new transformer oil as required (New transformer oil will be measured & paid under relevant item) after successfully repairing the transformer re-loading the same & place to its original location and installation complete including making LT/HT side cable connection, earth connection and testing complete.

Material and labour for danger notice plate for HT of size 25x20cmx1.5mm thick mild steel sheet, synthetic enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 11 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for servicing/overhauling/repairing & testing of all protection relays , CTs,PTs and 33KV VCB breaker 1250 A out door type, including all circuit control wiring complete all as follows:- (a) CTs primary current injection test . (CT Testing) (b) Ratio test of PTs (c) Protection relays testing through secondary current injection kit (Relay testing) (d) Voltmeter,ammeter functional tesing (e) Breaker tesing for tripping time, closing time , contact resistance , IR values and physically healthyness of Vaccum interuptor.

Disconnecting / Shut down of HT connections and DC connections from existing bus bar and incl servicing of complete parts of RMUs of any make/any type, cleaning with carbo tetra chloride lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc, checking complete parts, including replacement of control wiring with single core copper conductor cable of existing size as required at site of RMUs of any type any make for satisfactory running and replacement of defective parts with new one to make it fully functional including one coat of H class insulation paint on bys bar spouts and other connected parts, including reassembling the same and reconnecting all HT & AC/DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) The new parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only mentioned here in after. (iii) Small parts such as nut, bolts,, screw & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Taking out defective/wornout parts from 11 KV RMU at the time of servicing and S&F in replacement, for the following complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Dry cell 3.7 V, 8.14 wh, 2200 mAh for relay as per existing site Model No LIR1 8650 EEMB type.

(b) SMF TYPE 12 V, 18 AH Battery as per existing site.

Repair/servicing of Battery charger including replacement of step down transformer 240/12 V, fuse of required size and checking and calibration of voltmeter, Ammeter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Battery parallel plate type of capacity 12 V, 180 AH. Make :- Exide, Amron

Painting of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA, 11/.433 KV with two coats synthetic enamelled spray painting after preparation of transformer surface complete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective indication lamps and replace with new LED pilot lamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for lectrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supply, installation¸ testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free earthing with earth (grounding) electrodes and PCC pit with cover. (a) Earth Electrode: 17.2 mm dia copper bonded MS rod shall be in-situ cast in electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material mixed with cement. Size of embedding of electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material shall be 85 mm dia. The electrode of 3000mm should be able to withstand a fault current upto 35kA (Peak) for 1 second duly tested from recognized National Test laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc (not more than 18 months old). The ratio of mixing of conductive concrete to cement should be 3:1. Other hardware like nut, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Cutting & trimming tree branches along HT/LT over head lines after arranging shut down and by taking all precautions while working on lines, clearing of area, cleaning around sub stations, etc by employing sufficient labourers, T&P and safety measures required for the purpose complete for one span of any length and type complete all as specified and directed . Note :-The unit rate will include disposing off debris to nearest waste disposing point of concerned area.

M&L for painting to old chain link fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminum paint over a coat of aluminium red-oxide complete including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces complete all as specfied and directed.
