ADDITION/ ALTERATION TO BLDG NO. P-58 OF HQ CIF(K) UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to ridges, valley gutters etc. fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 1st quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm, but not exceeding 0.38sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/ pathway laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each) and finished even and fair without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
