Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All demolition materials shall be removed from site and deposited out side Defence land and no extra payment shall be made on this account. Site shall be clean and level after removing of debris as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All demolition materials shall be removed from site and deposited out side Defence land and no extra payment shall be made on this account. Site shall be clean and level after removing of debris as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured designed chequered cement concrete tiles of a size 300x300x25mm thick with grey cement and pigment in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for floor including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for hard standing including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for floor including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles in dark shade 10mm thick of size exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles in dark shade 10mm thick of size 600x600mm as in wall skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 19mm thick granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, wnidow cill and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less then 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 no) suitable handle (1no) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, suppling and fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 100mm mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 200mm alluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of stove enameled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 100mm 4 levers include for escutcheon plates and two keys in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix stainless steel clip on auto closing panel concealed hinges thickness 15-22mm for full overlay door 0 degree crank for cupboard door complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 100mm long extruded brass handles, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs powder coated fancy type stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia with suitable SS brackets with suitable wooden round base and fancy type end top matching to curtain rod complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for hangers 6mm dia G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wiremesh (fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) with designer ceiling (with part ply, laminate and cover) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted incl over a coat of acrylic primer with 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of new surface on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 8 to 9mm thick prepainted gypsum building boards of size 595x595mm PVC laminated at back side of board insulation and acoustic purpose flat in ceiling fixed or laid/ including powder coated GI snap grid of size 605x605mm frame work using 36.50x23.50x1.5mm main Tee, 23.50x23.50x1.5mm cross Tee and 25x25x1.5mm angles for false ceiling with screws fixed to false ceiling including hangers 4mm dia G.I (upto 1.5m length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding and necessary arrangements.

Supply and fix for perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in repairs for providing wall /roof sheeting 6mm thick multicavity polycorbonite sheet with necessary aluminium profile with EDPM gasket at every joint of sheet and covered with aluminium section 25x25mm sheet and profile to be fastened to structure by using 45mm SDST screws including dismantling old sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 2mm thick ordinary quality colorless cast acrylic sheet with light transmittance of 92% including fixing with necessary screws, and aluminium beading complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix flex sign board including writing of alphabets, dash, numbering of any colour etc., all fixed with stainless steel screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section post embeded in concrete brick work, masonry etc., including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for mild steel work as in posts and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nuts 5 to 10mm dia and exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: MS nut bolts, round bars and flats etc., shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items as supply only.

Supply only 4mm dia GI chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS in flat, round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) including drilling holes notching for fixing nuts and bolts etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast, bed plates, filling hollow section of pressed steel frame and the like including use and waste of form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to existing chainlink fencing including strenthing, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post /flat iron /nut bolt etc., or necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Fencing post /flat iron/ nuts, bolts etc., required as new item will be measured and paid supply only item.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Repair to existing galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including strenthing, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post /flat iron /nuts, bolts etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Fencing post /flat iron /nuts bolts etc., required as new item will be measured and paid supply only item.

Supply and fix in repairs concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia of coil over MS angle brackets with barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to existing concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia including strenthing, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post /flat iron /nuts bolts etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Fencing post/ flat iron/ nuts bolts etc., required as new item will be measured and paid supply only item.

Terrace /RCC Roof Waterproofing: Surface Preparation: Remove existing water proofing treatment. picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust. While doing the treatment on existing roof, concrete should be thoroughly inspected for any significant distress. Such distress, if any repaired/ rehabilitated and treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Coving treatment: Making coving of 50x50mm at all the flat and vertical junction using Fosroc Renderoc S Single component, shrinkage compensated, fiber reinforced, thixotropic cementitious mortar, to achieve a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPa in 1 day and 55 MPa in 28 days when tested as per EN 12190 and capable of applying 50mm thickness in single layer of approved product finished flush with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Waterproofing membrane: Providing and laying/ fixing TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane of non-flammable waterproofing of roof on prepared surface of roof and upto 300mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet. Which shall be a 1.5mm thick loose laid membrane using Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) membrane or equivalent layers are overlapped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm. Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the rolls either end are overlapped with 110mm are in staggered position and the membrane shall be laid over the layers of nonwoven geotextile fiber. The separation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) membrane and the concrete substructure. The termination of Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) by aluminum strip anchoring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: 1. Material and labour for applying a coat of blown industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 applied hot to concrete, wall surfaces @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm or as required including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of plants/ bushes with roots from wall and concrete surfaces and applying herbicide 2, 4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid as required and make the disturbed area with PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) or cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for deep cleaning of existing stone walls/ clading in heritage bldgs of hospital, sweeping clean and washing down with acid and suitable chemicals with pressure guns to remove dust and marks on double story bldgs including necessary scaffolding, including any repairs in pointing required and also if required to be rehabilitated and treated with apex in pointing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for foundation manholes etc., and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
