Repair to 2Nos E Type Quarter Fire Station Building at Muniguda in the district of Rayagada for the year 2025-26

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debries & stacking the materials within 50m away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of EIC.

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materialsof all T&P with Cess etc, required for the work etc completein all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-char

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & providing, of M.S. door grill made out of M.S flat conforming to IS No -1977/1996 as per the design approved with cost, conveyance &of all materials & labour with T&P & Cess in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for fitting,fixing ofM.S.Door/ Window shutters as per approved design including cost of screws with cost of all labour, T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Door/Window in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Aluminium door with OEL anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of joining angle No 1855 including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wood/iron work after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paints including and papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour, Cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess&T &P etcrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in dados of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess&T &P etcrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CC Road Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with doublers (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
