Note :Gl pipe line for water in let connection shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA include making connection from power point to Indoor unit complete all as directed. Make : V Guard/Microtek / Volina

Supply & Fixing, testing and commissioning of control panel for auto / manual operation of humidifier/ dehumidifier system incl all electronic controls & components, sensors etc to measure parameters such as temperature and humidity of Air conditioning system capacity up to 75 TR and to operate the humidifier / de-humidifier at desired level all as per guide lines given in STEC Pamphlet - 7 to control required humidity inside the conditioned space including all control wiring through PVC conduit from equipment to humidifier / de-humidifier . wiring also extended up to to sprinkler pump, hot water, three way control valves etc. The control unit shall also have provision of manual mode as well as Auto mode for smooth functioning of system complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Rate is inclusive for taking down unserviceable wiring and control panel and shifting to store under sch of credit, (ii) Control valve if any required shall be measured and paid separately. NOTE:- GA drawings for control panel shall be submitted by contractor before commencement of work.

M&L for modification of dehumidification system by dismantling, Taking out cooling coil of existing AHU's capacity 8500 CFM of make EDGETECH and provision of copper tubes rows parallel to existing evoporator and as required to maintain RH 60 +5 % by using hot water system. The hot water copper tubes shall be inserted through authorized agency of original manufacturer of AHU including carryout all connected works such as inserting, soldering copper tube assembly of suitable size , through the AHU's manufacture / authorized dealeras to maintain RH within 60 +1-5 % and Dehumidification of excessive cooling in air condition in grooms, subsequent reheating of air, rearrangement of existing hot water line by cutting, welding and insulating the existing line complete. Modification of hot water line existing required at site shall also be carried out by the contractor under this job without any additional cost.

Note: (i) Control valves required at site shall be measured and paid separaly.(ii) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the item (iii) Design of modifications required will be submitted by the contractor for approval of GE before commencent of modification work at site. (iv) Rate quoted shall also deemwd to be included for testing and commissioning.

All as per item No 4.10 above but for AHU capacity 19000 CFM make ZECO

S&F Humidifier system, water spray type of capacity suitable for AHU capacity 8500 CFM Make EDGETECH having pump & nozzle combination consisting of Water spray. nozzles of suitable size, submersible pump set, balancing tank, piping, control valve etc floor mounted type made from stainless steel 304L, in welded construction. Inlet, Drain and outlet base & pipe including controls having Low level switch for low level cut out with Nylon ball, float valve with SS ball, site glass, with inlet & outlet pipe line with valves & NRV include tank complete all as specified including taking down old unserviceable humidifier pan type & directed.

All as per item No 4.15 above but capacity suitable for 19000 CFM

Note for Item No 4.15 & 4.16: Contractor shall submit design, make and model of humidifier system to GE for approval before commencement of work. (ii) Rate quoted shall also deemwd to be included for testing and commissioning.

Taking out old unservicable fire damper from the supply air duct by dismantling exisiting duct carefully kept and shifting to store under sch of credit.

Supply and fixing of automatic fire dampers actuated by a low melting alloy /fusible type rating as per UL-555-1995 in main supply air duct & return air duct including control wiring. The dampers shall be made of heavy gauge galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self lubricated phosphorus bronze bushes. The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the 'open' position by a high tensile spring and a fusible link. The fusible link should be UL stamped and operates at 60-70'C, causing the damper to close immediately on break fire to prevent the spread of fire through the ducts all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

M&L for chemical earthing with copper earth plate of size 900x600x5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.10 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 150 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exhothermic weld complete with earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location. Make of Back Fill Compound: Tercel (Isogel) (Australia)/ Indelec (Xgel) (France)/ ERICO (GEM) (USA)/ LPF (Reslo) (Australia) (for cat Abldg)

(Note (i) The quantity of Backfill compound and depth of earth pit shall be increased by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt, to ensure earth resistance value within less than 1 ohms on completion and testing. The testing of each earthing shall be carried out in presence of Engr-in-charge and test results shall be submitted duly signed by user concered while claiming payments.) (ii) Earth strip with protection pipe 50mm Gl light grade upto 7.5 meter is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Taking down old unserviceable termination rod 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor carefully for re-use, shifting unserviceable conductor to store under sch of credit all as directed.

Refixing Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor after soldering between earth strip and refixing the copper / aluminium strip by providing new porciline insulator or burried in ground or drawn in conduit including PVC conduit, fixing apprangements with wall/roof all as per clause SSR part I and as directed.

ADDN/ALTRN BLDG NO. P-70

Supply and fixing for aluminum anodised grills, DG-104 of Deco Grill/Hindal 10 mm thick, diamond shape with aperture 75mm fixed to windows complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.36 Ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing water proofing treatment any type from top surface of roof slab and emove the old material obtained to low lying area as directed by Engg-in Charge to any distace complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wood/steel exceeding 10 cm girth and applying two coats of Fire resistant paint for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of wood/or wood based material exceeding 10 cm girth and applying two coats of Fire resistant paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor type step down transformer, 11KV/433 volts AC three phase 50 Hz, 400 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- Air natural (ONAN) , with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings on HV side tb vary secondary voltage between ±7.5% be changed by means of • hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature risse should not exceed 45 degree celcius in oil and 55 degree celcius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celcius.

The transformer shall be IS-1180 ,2014 marked and shall comprise of following: (a) Cable box on HV side with three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV, complete with brass/copper rods, nuts and washer (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out out of LT 1100 volts grade XLPE, armoured cables including jointing materials complete, (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent, the mometer pocket on tank cover, oil levjbel gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs/jacks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and-four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers

(f) One no dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device, (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body, (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral including all other standard accessories. Note: (i) First filling of new transformer oil conf to IS-335 marked (Make- Savita/Power link) filtered and tested upto 40KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between electrodes.(ii) rate also inclusive for providing tools & plants required for testing and commissioning of transformer by SEI. NOTE: Rate quoted shall also deemed to be included for making suitable foundation for transformer.
