Supply of LED unidirectional inset type green runway turnpad light fitting with 05 years warranty, incl. supply of shallow base for aviation visual aids requirements complete with dome, LED module and its support, reflector, prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal (internal and external), valve for watertightness test, hardware, lower cover, suitable electronic driver, plug, gasket, bolts and all other standard accessories complete and fixture suitable for operate on 6.6 amps as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of electronic driver with 05 years warranty suitable for above fittings specified at item No. 01

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor, natural air cooled, microprocessor based thyristor controlled constant current regulator with 4 KW output power at 6.6 amps., suitable for use on 415 V, 50 Hz two phase input AC supply and having 2.5 KW taping, 5 steps output current variation, local and remote control operation, over current, over voltage and earth fault protections, digital ammeter for output current, digital voltmeter for input voltage, earth leakage meter, positive back indication, terminations of input & output cables, earth connection from existing earth and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 100 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe as per IS 1239 part 1 along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as required.

Supply of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 16205 : Part 24 complete as required.

Supply of 1 core 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed under ground airport lighting cable with anti -rodent and anti -termite treatment generally confirming to IS: 1554 Part-II 1981 with upto date amendment etc. and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 2 core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable complete and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 45 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type with suitable rubber gasket, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm DWC HDPE pipes including as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts and conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to FAA advisory circular 150/5345-26 E or as amended.

Supply of 600 V grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type II class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 600 V grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable etc complete as required and conforming to FAA advisory circular 150/5345-26 E or as amended.

Supply of single core 4 sqmm 1100 V grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated flexible cable for earthing as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway /taxiway of concrete/ bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 01 no. secondary cable along with 01 no. earth wire, laying of cable, earth wire and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway /taxiway of concrete/ bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 02/03 nos. secondary cable along with individual earth wire, laying of cable, earth wire and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation, testing and commissioning of top assembly of inset type runway turnpad light/runway light on existing shallow base including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of secondary plug & receptacles, connections, earthing etc. and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of existing 100 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe for road crossing, having concrete/bitumen top upto 200 mm, laying of pipe upto the depth of 500 mm by cutting the bitumen/ concrete top for laying the pipe, including soft soil excavation, GI pipe threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with bitumen mix/concrete and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of existing DWC HDPE pipe size upto 63 mm dia. along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 75 cm below ground level as per site) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 /16 Sqmm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ DWC HDPE pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 /16 Sqmm. in the existing masonry duct, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of one number 600 V grade copper conductor EPR insulated, PCP sheated of size 2 core 4 Sqmm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ DWC HDPE pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation of 8 inch dia shallow base suitable of turnpad inset type light fitting as per site including core cutting, aligning and setting with thedolite etc., fixing the shallow base with sealing material of dobefil and hardener etc. and supply of all materials except shallow base, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation of Cast iron isolating transformer housing box of size 330 mm dia. and 450 mm deep as per approved drawing including excavation of surface, cement concrete all round upto 200 mm having CC ratio 1:2:4 and 100 mm having CC ratio 1:3:6 below the CI box including 200 mm of all sides, providing 300 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Making connection of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq.mm Copper conductor cable with plug & receptacle (but excluding cost of plug & receptacles) including filling the gap with water sealed material applying HT and PVC insulation tape etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40mm dia, accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe, complete with charcoal and salt etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe upto depth of 0.50 metre below ground level from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Providing & Laying 6 SWG GI wire in the trench / pipe / duct along with the existing cable as required for continuous earthing all, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
