Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. HSR 4.12.1

Compaction of & preparation of sub grade including loosening, levelling of earth 225 mm thick to player, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with roadroller, compacting the bed to achieveminimum dry density as given in the Table 3000-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications HSR 17.5.3

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in CM 1:4 HSR 7.21 (i)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specificsizes to water boundmacadam specification includings preading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with 3 wheeledsteel/ vibratory roller8-10 tonnes in stagesto proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications HSR 17.22.1 (63mm to 45mm)

Providing Lowering, Cutting Jointing and testing 450 MM RCC pipe NP3 class as per IS 458-2003 which Spigot & Socketted Joint Manufactured with ISI marked sulphate Resistance Cement as ISI 12330 rubber rings ISI marked antiternmite as required at site, into treanches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alingnment, gridients and levels including dressing and trimminmg and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, Jointing with rubber rings in treanches and jointing with 1;3/2 cement sand mortar and dowels filled with 1:3/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finish etc. as fully described in HSR 21.44 item 21.45 &21.46 including in all respects. HSR No. 21.95

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISi marked lntertocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. HSR 17.69.2

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) HSR 6.1.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

12mm thick Cement Plaster 1:4 in find sand HSR 11.5.3

RCC M-15 grade boundry pillars of standerd design as per IRC 25-1967 fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting HSR 34.28

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete On concrete work. HSR 11.73.2
