Description of work/item:- (a) M & L for repair and servicing and testing of Pump set 100 /125 HP Centrifugal motor pump set 3 phase 415 volts by opening end covers, replacing connection lead, greasing the both end of bearings, and replacement of bearings metaling/polishing of shaft , cuppling replacing of bush, worn out nut, bolts, gasket, air release valve key, gland stuffing box male/ female set, Rubber bush, descaling of impeller and replacing of impellor key & neck ring (Impellor guide) and and lathe work with other minor repair required and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint with connected LT panel complete all as specified and directed with transportation. Qty-02 Nos (d) M & L for servicing and testing of auto transformer starter of 100/125 HP electric motor by replacing copper connection lead, brass studs, connection plate of 6mm thick hylum sheet and , varnishing of transformer winding and repairing /replacing and fill of transformer oil and other minor parts which required to make the system serviceable complete all as specified and directed with transformation.
