Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Part of cement, Four Part of sand, and Eight Part of Aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Steel shuttering with MS Sheets and MS angels including fixing in position with country wood scantlings for drain side walls including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. asper standard specification 86K, 86A

Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Part of cement, Three Part of sand, Six Part of Aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 Using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite Stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mimimum cement contenet of 325 kg /cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 incluting admixtur (plasticier /super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workabillity without imparing strength and durabillity with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum),5156 kg of 10- 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670kg of sand but excluting cost of reinforcedment grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but incluting laying vibrating with machine vibrating ,finishing ,curring ,etc,,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., compete complying with standard specificaton and as directed by the departmental officer -The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payments will be made by the depatment for the excess usage of materials )

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sult base / base course on well prepard surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density including cost of materials labour rentals for machinery fuel and all other incidentals charges etc complete as per clause 406 of MORTH REV -5
