Dismantling of unserviceable sign boards of any type / description including frame work, fixed over gates, columns, walls, etc., complete all as directed.

Uprooting or scrubbing plants / shrubs / flora / fauna on walls, girth not exceeding 100 mm, cutting holes in walls, digging out roots applying sulphuric acid / phenolic acid as per manufacturers instructions to burn out deep grown roots and making good the surface using CM 1:3 (mixed with and including water proofing compound) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of leaves, dust, caked mud and other foreign material on the roof surfaces (up to six storied Bldgs) and to make the surface good for easy clearing of rain water through rain water pipes including removal of debris outside MD land and making good the surfaces complete all as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc., required for approaching roof top.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area of opening not exceeding 1.50 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows of any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing rubbish off the premises and disposing of outside MD land, and providing Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (area of tile exceeding 0.06 sq m and not exceeding 0.11 sq m) laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, plain cement chequered concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of stone slabs laid dry of any thickness and in any position, providing Machine pressed rubber moulded (laminated), topping thickness not less than 5 mm, in white cement and non fadable glossy pigment, precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, over and including 50 mm thick, sand filling as in sand cushioning to interlocking paver tiles, watering and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 150 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long Mild steel Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150 mm Aluminium anodized handles, cast type all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of exsiting APP membrane on roof top, and applying hot bitumen (85/25 grade) @ 1.20 Kg/sq m, the finished surface shall be painted with a coat of aluminium paint @100 ml/sq m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment on roof slabs, providing material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sq. m and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 grams / sq m) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m by forced application, complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, as in roof covering, Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 26 here- in- above but plain steel sheet all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium frames, shutters, partitions (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating for doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one (or) more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate, iii) Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repairs, 7 mm thick aluminium grill of Deco Grill pattern DG 104, fitted in aluminium windows / ventilators, etc., fitted in and including aluminium channels in openings of windows / ventilators, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 9 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination & fixed with screws to timber/metal frame work as in cupboard shutters, shelves, partitions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, one side retro reflective sign boards, made of 3 mm thick coloured ACP (aluminimum composite panel) sheet of make Alstrong / Aludecor/ Alucobond/ Eurobond/ Armstrong as approved by GE, including writing / pasting of words / figures / numbers / logos of any size / pattern & height with self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade tape (Radium tape) of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.
