Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of following Brand New pumps suitable for 415 Volts connected with T.E.F.C. induction motor, suitable for VFD starter, M.S.channel, base plate. The pump shall have mechanical seal. The pump shall be C.I casing, Bronze impeller, SS shaft and CI (Epoxy coated) base (suitable for hot water temperature).of 70 Deg C for the following items:
(a) Hot Water Circulation pump Pump(For Circulating Hot water between Heat Pump and PHE. (Primary circuit) having Flow rate - 18 LPS and Head - 20 mtrs (1W+1SB)
(a) Hot Water Circulation pump Pump(For Circulating Hot water between Swimming Pool and PHE. (Secondary circuit) having Flow rate - 18 LPS and Head - 20 mtrs (1W+1SB)
Panel will have MCCB incomer of 400 A with suitable multifunction meter with indication for voltage current frquecy and KVA as well as KW and power factor,and 6 Nos. 63 A outgoing feeds for Heat Pumps. 4 Pump feeders with MCB and VFD starters, in separate cubicles. All feeders will have suitable on/off indication and starters will have door mounted push buttons for start and stop. The incomer will have a door operated handle and should be suitably interlocked so that the door can not be opened in case the mains or on. Panel will be made from minimum16 SWG CRCA sheet treated for rust or other impurities and powder coated in desired shade alongwith the following cables ( Note : Cost of cables given below in any length required at site for functioning the plant shall deemed to be included with the cost of this item) (i) 4 Core 6 Sq.mm armoured copper Cable with 300 mm Wide cable tray. (ii) 3 Core 4 Sq.mm armoured copper Cable with 300 mm Wide cable tray.
