Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm and removing to store etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutter of any description area exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing to chowkats second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc,. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, 35 mm thick shutter, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) of second class hard wood 35 mm thick, with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pressed steel door frames of size 105mm x 60mm with one or more rebates manufactured out of 1.25 mm thick plain black mild steel sheet including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30 mm thick(styles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs double action spring hinges,150mm size mild steel with steel wire spring, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix 100mm long butt hinges medium weight ,cold rolled mild steel including necessary welding if required complete all as specified and as directed.
