(Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles double charge light shed of 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing for tiles incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring/wall tiles)
