Taking down ceiling fan any size from fan hook and disconnection from ceiling rose and dismantling of ceiling fan parts i e. down rod and connector/condenser nut bolts, split pins, rubber bush (garari) condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way complete servicing by cleaning greasing/oiling before in side surface by CTC with sand paper and repair and re - fitted the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed on site. Note: - Only rubber packing (garari) condenser, condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items.

Taking down Exhaust fan any size and disconnection from ceiling rose and dismantling i.e connector/condenser nut bolts, condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way complete servicing by cleaning greasing/oiling before in side surface by CTC with sand paper and repair and re - fitted the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed on site (Note: - condenser, condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items.

Dismantling of ceiling fans AC single phase 230 volts of sizes 1200mm/1400mm (collected from MES fan store) any make / model except old vintage, dismantled its stator,rotor, cutting out burnt copper winding and providing new winding with super enamelled copper winding wire existing size including cleaning of slots providing oil impregnated insulation paper or minimax, fibre, insulation in slots and well wraping with cotton tape, bind with cotton thread and varnishing over all with winding varnish as aproved by Engineer - In - chargee cleaning of bearing housing and shaft, replacing spares such as split pins, blade screws etc as required and deposited to MES store after testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -In - charge.

Supply and fixing outer frame complete with clamps, rubber packing, nut bolts etc & all accessories duly painted suitable for 450 mm /380 mm sweep exhaust fans complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair to PCB for BLDC Ceiling Fan of capacity 1200mm sweep complete all as directed .

Supply & Fixing modular fan regulator Fan step regulator, 120W - 2 module,

S & F Five Stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type 120 watt 240 Volt on the existing phenolic laminated sheet 50hz AC complete all as specified and directed,

Dismantling of wall mounted Fan of any sweep and rewinding the stator with super enameled Copper Winding Wire of suitable size including oiling & greasing, cleaning of all components of fan reassembling , testing, commission complete all as specification and directed.

S & F in repair of down rod for ceiling fans duly painted with synthetic enameled paint 300 mm long19 mm outer dia with holes on both ends of the rod for connection wire replacement complete all as specification and directed.

S/F in repair PVC canopy of suitable size for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable bearing shaft welding broken area and threading in lathemachine at appropriate size and refixing in ceiling fan any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring of any description and any position (light, fan, socket or power point) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawn in & including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia & 1.6 mm thick sunken pressed steel galvanised terminal boxes with top cover ISI marked plastic laminated hylam sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc for the One light/ holder/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch controlled by 1 one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.
