B/R Portion:- Taking down old treatment incl padding, sunken floors ,removing existing bitumen felt treatment incl brushing,cleaning top surfaces of roof slab, broming etc complete all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, complete all as specified.

Sunken Floor treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of biruminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepardd surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layed membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minium width of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi p[lus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as perIS 1203 will not be more than 40/Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bvitumen coat.

(e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. Note :-Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP comounds as manufacturdrs instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/dampeness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested ( Water proof compound rate is not paid seperatly.)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:6) on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified

Applying wall care putty of approved make not less than 1-2mm thick on walls as per manufacturar instructions with and including rubbing by means of sand / abrasive paper to have smooth finishing to receive primer / paint, complete all as specified.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3) on concrete surface as in ceiling finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Complete removal of exising treatment from old vertical surfaces and apply two coat of cement base paint to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of approved primer all as speicfied and directed.
